The March 22, 2016 QZ Committee members Ed Clark and Barbara Brundage attended the Village Board meeting. After six months CSX finally responded to Mayor Conway’s April 2015 letter requesting an explanation of why the cost of the preliminary engineering design in 2015 was triple the figure given to us by CSX in 2013.
