The March 22, 2016 QZ Committee members Ed Clark and Barbara Brundage attended the Village Board meeting. Barbara reports that the Village will be signing a contract with CSX for services that include initial planning and a cost estimate but not an engineering design. Former County Legislator Herb Reilly and current County Legislator Mike Mackey were present and received the thanks from the Mayor and Trustees for their assistance in obtaining the funds ($27,500) from the County for this purpose. Barbara also thanked them on behalf of the Committee for a Quiet Zone.
