Mayor Conway reports that the County has received a revised contract from Bergmann Associates, the engineering firm retained by CSX to do the engineering for the Quiet Zone. Since there has been considerable back and forth discussion between the County and Bergmann Associates, we anticipate there will be no further issues to prevent the prompt signing of the contract by the County.
