We have encountered significant delays, confusion, and unsatisfactory communication from Albany County regarding the Quiet Zone project. We are grateful for the support we have received from our County Legislator, William Reinhardt, in getting things moving in the right direction.
Based upon information received two weeks ago from the County, a Request for Proposals will be sent out this week to engage an engineering firm that will complete the design work that is required for construction. We will keep you posted.
